Discuss the influencing factors of scattered Cuilan S-GL color flower: Knowing yourself and knowing one another can be undefeated. You must first understand the nature of dispersed Cuilan S-GL, and then you can understand the effect of dye itself on color flower. Disperse Blue S-GL (C.I. Disperse Blue 60), a typical anthraquinone-type disperse dye, has a molecular formula of C20H17N3O5 and a molecular weight of 379.37. The structural formula is as follows. Green polyester on the polyester fiber.

Domestic single-component dispersed emerald blue S-GL usually refers to the above structure. Its molecular weight of 379.37 is not a large molecule in disperse dyes. It may be because of the anthraquinone ring structure and the good sublimation fastness of Cuilan S-GL. Blue is a macromolecular disperse dye. As for the single-component dispersion of Cuilan, the high-temperature dispersibility or poor leveling property is caused by a variety of reasons, and has nothing to do with its molecular weight. Some people say that the two-component dispersion Cuilan has good leveling properties. As for why, the author thinks that the theory of dye application and dyeing theory is not clear in two words, and everyone is welcome to discuss it. The quality of domestically produced two-component dispersed turquoise is also very good, which is no different from that of Huntsman and DyStar.

The influencing factors discussed in this article are based on the good pretreatment of polyester fibers or fabrics.

1>Effect of dyeing water quality

The quality of dyeing water refers to the hardness of the water and metal ions. For dispersed turquoise S-GL, the influence of Mg2 + and Ca2 + in the water hardness index on the dye color light is generally small, but when the concentration is higher, it will also have an adverse effect on dyeing. Therefore, it is recommended to use the turquoise printing process soft water. Heavy metal ions in water often refer to copper, iron ions, etc., especially iron ions can make Cyan Blue S-GL color light darker, while copper ions have less effect on color light. There are forms of iron elements in printing and dyeing processing: iron powder, rust, Fe2 +, Fe3 +, etc. The combination of rust, Fe3 + and dyes can cause the deviation of green light, and the combination of iron powder and Fe2 + with dyes can cause the deviation of color and light of green. Reducing properties, and printing and dyeing under acidic conditions, and promote the reduction of iron powder, Fe2 +.

2>Effect of dyeing pH

The applicable range of the dyeing pH described in the related literature of dispersing turquoise blue S-GL and the dye index is 3 ~ 9, so why is it said that turquoise is more sensitive to pH? Generally, it is recommended to control the pH for dyeing. There may be two reasons: The biggest feature of Cuilan is that the color is bright, the color is slightly different, and the human vision is obvious. Therefore, the requirements in printing and dyeing are relatively high; 2. The impact of iron ions, the overall economic cost, and the appropriate amount of pH Under narrow and weakly acidic conditions, iron ions will not bind or aggregate with the dye, so it will not cause color blooming and color difference.

Color flower solution: Boil with 0.6g / L of oxalic acid and boil at 60 ℃ × 20min (a lab test is required first).

3>Dye selection and dyeing process control

Disperse emerald blue S-GL is not suitable as the three primary colors. In the printing and dyeing industry, it is generally used to fight light water blue (matching with disperse brilliant blue 2BLN), brilliant green (matching with bright yellow 3G, 7G, fluorescent yellow 8G, 10G), Dark blue green (brilliant blue 2BLN or green 6B, yellow 3G, 7G color matching), etc. The above dyes are mixed with Cuilan, low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature types. The compatibility with Cuilan is not ideal, but such dyeing formulas exist objectively.

Improvement method: Add appropriate amount of leveling agent and dispersant to improve the unsynchronization of dyes and the stability of high temperature dispersion.
