Safety Precautions

Detergent agent LE-251 is no corrosive tothe skin, eyes and respiratory tract; If contacting eyes, immediately flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes at least. Please seek medical attention if continuous discomfort. If contacting skin or mouth, please flush with plenty of water.

Characters

◎ Excellent resistance to caustic soda, alkali resistance up to 60-80 g / L;

◎ Strong penetrability, permeability is still good in strong alkaline solution;

◎ It is used for continuous rolling steaming and cold rolling pre-treatment of cotton woven fabric;

1. Continuous de-sizing and scouring agent steaming process

98-102°C Steaming 60-90min

2. Rolling steaming / cold pad batching method:

Hydrogen peroxide:10-20g/l

Stabilizer:6-10g/l

Stacked at 35 ° C for 16-24h, steamed, alkaline washed, hot washed.

3. Alkaline oxygen one bath method for knitting: Scouring agent LE-251: 0.5～2 g/l
