Silicone Softener TE629

Silicone softener TE629 is a amino based silicone softener, hand feel ester type smooth, used in soft finishing process of synthetic and cotton fabric.

Characteristics and advantage

◎ Hand feel smooth and drape

◎ Little effect on color shade.No effect for color fastness to wash and rubbing

◎ Good stability, can be used in one bath with cationic/nonionic softener flake

Basic property

Appearance: semi-transparent to transparent thick liquid

Ionic: weak cationic

pH: 6.0~8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility: can be diluted with water at any ratio

Application field

Fibers: polyester, cotton and their blends.

Application process

Exhaust：TE629 1.0~3.0% o.w.f

Padding：TE629 10-30g/l

Should be stored in a warehouse in the shade, storage for 6 months
